I did 50 Kettlebell swings a day for a month, what did I learn?

In the beginning of May, I saw an online challenge to add 50 kettlebell swings to your daily routine. KB swings are one of my favorite movements, so I said "Why not" and jumped on the bandwagon (I also added 50 air squats per day as well for good measure). Going into this challenge, I knew the benefits of including swings and squats into your programming, but I've never done one of these types of challenges where you perform the same movement for 30 days so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. My hopes were that it would build some strength in my legs and help with some of my lower back pain. Throughout the month of May I performed these 2 movements in addition to my normal workouts. For
